Cancellation by Client: 

• If a tutoring session is cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, by yourself, you will be offered a rescheduled session with the same tutor or a different tutor at the same time if one is available.  
• If a tutoring session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, by yourself, you will be charged for the session in full and lose out on the session.   
• If a tutoring session is cancelled 3 weeks before the scheduled time, the client can choose either a refund or reschedule the session. 

 Cancellation by your child’s Tutor: 

• Your child’s Tutor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or tutor unavailability. 
• Your child’s Tutor will inform you of sessions they cannot attend within 24 hours, if down to illness or technical difficulty, and you will be offered a rescheduled session. If you feel that the time given or the situation was not fair on your child’s behalf, then you hold the right to request a refund by contacting the manager Amelia through the email ameliatutorstars@gmail.com. The Tutor will then be contacted alongside a reviewal of your appeal for a refund which will be concluded within two days of the missed session.  
• In the event of a tutor being away a refund or a rescheduled session with your tutor or a replacement session with another tutor will be offered and the tutor is expected to provide a months' notice of these events to provide sufficient time for you as the parent to make a choice on what you would like to do for those sessions.  
• In the rare cases of if your child’s tutor must miss a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session, then you will be refunded fully for the session.
